Production Area
Fibercement boards are manufactured with the latest technology in the production facilities of Ekobord in Bilecik. Ekobord Bilecik Production Facilities has been built on a total area of 37,800 m2, including an indoor area of 12,000 m2 and has a monthly production capacity of 2,000 m3 fibercement boards.
Ekobord fibercement board production line
- Sand mill and pool
- Tanks and the mixer in which the pulp comprising cellulose, sand, cement, catalyst and recycled products are prepared
- Pulp laying, pre-curing, air-curing, autoclave units
- Pre-sizing, end-sizing, automatic versatile cutting units
- Painting line
Ekobord production line has a total length of 300 meters. The production is performed with automation uninterruptedly for 24 hours.
