Advanced technologies are used in the press production
line, which is an important part of Ekobord
fibercement board production. The press line can apply
pressure to products with a capacity of up to 7,000
tonnes.
Boards manufactured in different thicknesses are
reduced by 2 mm through the pressing process and made
ready for use. This process increases the density of
the boards, makes their layers less visible, and
improves their strength. The pressing process also
removes water from the boards, providing minimum
thermal expansion and increasing resistance to
temperature changes.
