Thanks to flow-on technology Ekobord Flat can be produced self-painted directly from the production line. This eliminates the need for on-site painting, saving both time and cost.

High Durability and Water Repellency

The press line, a key component of Ekobord fiber cement board production, incorporates the latest technology and has a pressing capacity of up to 7,000 tons.

All boards, produced in different thicknesses, are thinned to 2 mm through a pressing process to be made ready for use. With this process, the layers of the panels, which have increased in density, become invisible, and their strength is enhanced. Additionally, with the pressing method, the moisture within the panels is eliminated, which minimizes thermal expansion and continuously increases the products' resistance to thermal changes
